Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has vowed that the commission would conduct the 2023 General Election on the most credible voter’s register ever compiled in Nigeria, stressing that the success of any election rests on the credibility of the voter’s register.
Prof Yakubu spoke on Wednesday, 13th April, 2022 at the commission headquarters, Abuja, during a media briefing on the progress INEC was making towards 2023 and the unveiling of the completed voter’s roll from recent continuous registration exercise conducted nationwide.
