2023 Presidential Election Live Results: Tinubu Takes Jigawa, Atiku Wins Adamawa, Obi Pockets Nasarawa

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has won Jigawa State with 421390 votes.

Tinubu victory in Jigawa was announced at the Situation Room and National Collation Centre of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja on Monday 27 February 2023.

The APC presidential Standard Bearer beat Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) into second position as Atiku scored 386,587 votes.

 In a surprising turn of event, Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, won the race in Nasarawa State. Obi polled 191361 votes to beat Tinubu – who received 172,922 votes – into second place. Atiku came in at third position in the state with 147,093 votes.

However, Atiku dusted the field in his home state of Adamawa with a wide margin as he polled 417,611 to Tinubu’s second place of 182,881 votes.

Obi received 105,648 votes in Adamawa.
