APC Felicitates Nigerians On Eid-El Maulud

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Monday 16 September 2024 felicitated Nigerians on the occasion of Eid-El Maulud.

In a statement in Abuja by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Barr Felix Morka, the party urges Muslims to reflect on the exemplary virtues of the Holy Prophet particularly empathy, love, peaceful-coexistence, selfless service to humanity among others.

Morka wrote: “The All Progressives Congress (APC) rejoices with Nigerians, especially Muslim Ummah, on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Maulud.

“Eid-el-Maulud, marking the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is a significant ceremony in commemoration of the birth and life of the great Prophet of Allah.

“As we celebrate this important occasion, we urge our Muslim compatriots to reflect on the exemplary virtues of the Holy Prophet, particularly empathy, love, peaceful-coexistence, selfless service to humanity.

“We implore them to pray for the peace, unity and sustainable progress of our dear nation, and to show care and kindness to the needy and the less privileged among us.”
