The Africa Sports Management Association (ASMA) has commiserated with the People and Government of Kenya over the recent passage of the Kenyan statesman and politician, Raila Odinga.
The association expressed its condolences in a statement by its Acting, President, Prof. Oluwaseun Omotayo.
The statement reads: “On my behalf and entire members of the Africa Sports Management Association (ASMA), we join all our Kenyan members to mourn the death of the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya, Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga.
ASMA offers its deepest condolences to the family of Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga on the passing of this devoted man of the people who served Kenya and humanity at large. May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may the family find strength during this difficult time to bear this irreparable loss.”
