Bayelsa Action Progress for Change has pledged to take over the Creek Haven Government House currently occupied by Governor Henry Seriake Dickson of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forth-coming gubernatorial election in Bayelsa State.
The Bayelsa state coordinator, General of Town to Town Peace Campaign Initiative (TTPCI) Comrade Ebi George Debekeme made the revelation while inaugurating the unique socio-political organization in Yenagoa.
The occasion was witnessed by an array of top APC leaders within the state and the various local government areas of Bayelsa State, as well as well-wishers of the party.
Debekeme, in his inaugural speech congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his leadership style, stressing that “APC will lead us to the next level of development.”
While expressing his love for the APC, he also gave an historic insight on the history of
the vision and dreams of the TTPCI, Comrade Debekeme said the concept was divinely conceive in the year 2014, when two unknown men walk up to him in a dream, and told him to establish a non-governmental organization called TTPCI.
In order to accomplish the dream, he said he prayed steadfastly, and pursued the vision vigorously. “There were marry roads to coss, financial constraints, the challenges were enormous, but God was so faithful,” he said.
He expressed appreciation to Engr. Godfrey of Sagbama, Mr. Simon of Nembe and others who strongly encouraged him to establish his vision.
The TTPCI is a grassroots-based organization which comprises the eight local governments in Bayelsa State.
