The All Progressives Congress (APC) has tasked Nigerians to work towards sustained peace, unity and security in the country.
An Easter message by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Barr. Felix Morka, in Abuja on Sunday, 17th April 2022, the APC stated that the welfare of all Nigerians remained its priority and that of the Federal Government it led.
It also urged Nigerian to keep faith with the APC by voting for the party in the 2023 General Elections.
The statement urge Nigerian irrespective of party, religion and ethnic affiliations to use the occasion of Easter to pray for the country.
Morka wrote: “Our great party urges all patriotic and well-meaning Nigerian, irrespective of religious affiliations, to use this occasion of Easter to rededicate themselves to making our society a better place for us all.
“The Easter season provides us an excellent opportunity to foster closer relationship with families, friends and people around us.
“The APC-led administration is decidedly committed to the good and wellbeing of our people. We will continue to expand the implementation of people-centered programmes to provide jobs and gainful employment opportunities, strengthen and diversify the economy, vastly improve security of lives and property.
“May the risen Christ bless and protect our troops as they fight in valiant defence of our cherished fundamental freedoms”.
