Hong Council Chairmanship Aspirant, Njidda, Pledges Rapid Change

An All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant, Mohammed Nurudeen Njidda, has said that his ambition to be chairman of Hong Local Council was informed by his desire to save the council from myriads of problem created by previous administrators.
Njidda alleged that the selfish interests of past leaders of the local government had under-developed the area and that only someone with a passion to help the people that could save the area.
“Our passed chairmen had succeeded in destroying our resources without working for us, we the youth must wake to safe our land”. He said
Njidda said his wealth of experience in the oil and gas sector made the best fit for the job.
“I have a vision that is different from my past leaders in our local government,a vision to transfer my private sector experience into public administration, a vision to gainfully employ the youth of my council with many of projects that will create jobs and by God’s Grace I pledge a change-oriented programme that will touch the life of every one,” Njidda said
