The Kwara State government has announced the commencement of registration for the second edition of its flagship Kwara Youth Fair scheme.
A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Youth Engagement, Kaosarah Adeyi, said the Kwara Youth Fair 2.0 seeks to consolidate on the wins of the previous edition where youth business owners were trained by experts on skills and knowledge needed to develop their businesses and also given a platform to showcase their products.
The programme will also feature a session for Business pitches where winners of the competition will be supported with business grants and other incentives to grow.
She further explained that the Youth Fair was an avenue to promote the enterprising spirits of youths in the state and show the support of the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq towards giving youths the chance to excel in their life pursuits.
The registration openned on 23rd May, 2022 and interested applicant can register via (Exhibition) and (Business Pitch).
Deadline for the registration is on May 27, 2022 and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
The programme proper will take place on 10th-12th June, 2022 at Kwara State Banquet Hall from 8am-5pm daily.
