When contacted, the Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Jonathan Gajere said the management of the hospital has always emphasized on the need for patients to spend little time as possible before being attended to.

The medical director called on dissatisfied patients to always contact the management of the hospital for explanation on the operation of the hospital.
On manpower, Dr. Gajere said the immediate past administration of Kaduna State recruited additional staff for the hospital and expressed satisfaction that the present government has shown significant interest in the health sector.
