Plateau Elders Asks Ex-Deputy Speaker To Apologise Over ‘forged’ Certificate

Elders of Jos North constituency in Plateau state have urged the former deputy Speaker, Ibrahim Baba Hassan, to tender an apology to the supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to end the problem of certificate saga .

In a statement by the Chairman steering committee of ADC, in Plateau State, Hon. Mu’azu Sani said the group solicited that the deputy Speaker who worked based on his ability to see that the voice of Hausa /Fulani people is heard in last regime of Governor Jonah David Jang and Lalong government respectively.

Noting that he had contributed immensely to providing democratic dividends to the people in the state, the statement advised that Hassan should accept defeat in the matter and go back to school to obtain a university degree.

The elders also urged those out to witch-hunt Hassan to sheath their sword and consider that leadership come from God.
