Towards fulfilling the promised he made to the people of Adamawa State of building a model primary and secondary school some few weeks ago, the Imo state Governor, Rochas Okoracha, has started work in earnest at the Gulf field allocated to him for the schools.
The site Engineer, Chidon Chidon, revealed that the work would be completed in a short period of time as all materials needed to fast track the work were on ground.
He added that the work would be in phases, “the first phase is to build a nursery and primary school blocks and the other phase is for secondary school blocks.”
Before now, Okorocha, who is also the chairman of the Rochas Foundation, said the construction of the school would start by January 2015.

He commended Okorocha for building the school and called on other well-meaning Nigerians to support the state’s education sector.
