From Tom Garba, Garun-Kurama
“I have a battered home, I have a home that her unity in diversity is been punched by our past selfish leaders, I have a home that is full of economy degradation. Lere LGA is in dire need of reconstruction and I’m out to rebuild, reconstruct and restructure every phase of the ruined economy with my blueprint of waiting laws if voted into the state House of Representatives.”
“I’m not out for war or do-or die-politics, but I’m out to foster the tenets of democracy for my people to believe in my dreams and my honest candidature to rebuild my home”.
Those are the words of Hon, Bashar Gatari Idris an aspiring lawmaker in the forthcoming rerun election in the Lere West Federal Constituency, Kaduna state.
The All progressives Congress (APC) candidate is proud enough to say only him will properly defends the manifestoes of his party to people in the grass roots.
“I bear in me the change mantra and slogan for my people and that change must positively come to all,” he added
A tribunal sitting in Kaduna had in November annulled the election of Lere West Federal Constituency, sacking Malam Kabiru Mato on grounds of certificate forgery and forbidding him from participating in the rerun.
