The All Progressives Congress’ (APC) National Leader for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) Hon. Tolu Bankole, has describe the Presidential Candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the best on offer to the electorate in the 2023 Presidential Election.

Bankole stated this on the Friday, 2 September, 2022, at a monthly media parley of the party in Abuja.

He charged voters to reject candidates using the gambit of religion and ethnicity to campaign as they only fan the embers of religious and ethnic disunity in the country, stressing that these candidates have nothing good to offer the nation.

Hon. Tolu Bankole

Bankole urged the electorate to vote for the APC presidential ticket of Tinubu/ Shettima for the peace, progress and stability of Nigeria.

Apparently concerned about the poor job which APC members in government have made of showcasing the achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari, to the nation in the last seven years, Bankole charged all presidential aides, federal cabinet members and heads of government agencies to step up the publicity game by spreading the achievements of the APC-led Federal Government before Nigerians so that they would vote massively for the party in the 2023 General Elections on the sound knowledge that President Buhari has recorded lasting legacies for the country’s development since taking office in 2015.

His words: “APC is the party with the best presidential offer. The combo of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima meets the twin core of transformational leadership: competence and character. Competence because both are experienced private sector technocrats merged with astute public service legacies as sterling governors and distinguished senators of Lagos and Borno states respectively.

“They have the character. Nigeria is at a crossroads The nation needs to sustain the gains of the ongoing monumental infrastructural revolution. Also, Nigeria urgently needs to rally her human and non-human resources to tame emerging challenges confronting the country.

“The duo of Tinubu and Shettima fits the bill from their track records of innovative approach to developmental and security issues in the public domain. The nation must not gamble with her choice of leadership at this critical stage in her history.

“I therefore appealed to all PWDs across the country, as a matter of urgency and national duty, to go and collect their permanent voters’ card (PVC) now and get ready to cast their votes for the APC at all levels in the forthcoming 2023 General Elections.”
