Executive Secretary, Adamawa State Christian Pilgrims Board, Bishop Jinga Mayo, has assured the state chapter of Actors Guild Of Nigeria (AGN) of partnering with them in the area of peace, unity and showcasing the potential and cultural richness in the state for development.
He said though the partnership would be in the future in order to harness talents in young Adamawa indigenes to bring out the best in them and have a world-class firm that will give the state an international image.
Mayo, who has a passion for youth development and one time patron of AGN in the state encouraged them, to take acting as a serious business not minding what people will say.
His words: “I want to assure you we will partner with you in the future, to bring out the best for the state, showcase the great potential in our arable land, culture and tourism, and our best brains and to bring about lasting peace”.
The North East vice president of the guild, Mr. Marshal Johnson thanked the former patrons for availing himself to AGN members “whenever it is important for encouragement, chiding and giving out good instructions and becoming a big source of inspiration to youths in the state.
Also, PresidentAGN Adamawa, Mr Jimmy Lot congratulated Mayo over his recent new appointment as the executive secretary of Adamawa State Christian Pilgrims Board.
